Your class will learn multiple creative holiday themed dances. You will receive a fabulous costume, and we will record your dances. Our holiday dance recital movie, “Winter Wonderland” will be available to stream at home beginning on the eve of Christmas Eve.
Spots are first come first serve, and available December 7th - December 19th. We will absolutely accommodate more spots as needed. All four spots within a cohort need to be filled within 24 hours to guarantee your spot.
Lessons will be held over 3 days total, for 1.5 hours each day (4.5 hours total). For example, your group will meet on Monday, Wednesday & Friday, or Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday for an hour and a half each lesson. After signing up, please give us a week to get in touch regarding costume size, which entrance to use, and to address other questions.
Masks are to be worn at all times. Dancers can take mask breaks in their designated area as needed. Low contact choreography is allowed, and encouraged among siblings/close knit social cohorts. Parents will be contacted after signing up (please give us a week to get in touch), and may elect no contact or low contact within their cohort. We are happy to work with various levels of dancers within a cohort.
Dress code
Ladies: Any color leotard and tights are recommended. Warm-ups, ballet skirts, leggings or shorts are welcome. Long hair must be pulled back. Gentlemen: Any fitted shirt, dance pants, tights or shorts. Long hair pulled back. Ballet shoes must be worn by all dancers for "Winter Wonderland". Advanced students are encouraged to pack their pointe shoes.
We are hopeful to hold this entire session in person at the studio. We will switch to virtual classes in the event of an outbreak too close to home, one too many students or staff having to quarantine, or the government advising dance studios to temporarily close. We always put health & safety first. Regardless, the show must go on! Thank you for your continued patience & support during this time!
